2. Trail Accessibility

• South Mountain trails are natural desert paths with uneven terrain, rocks, and inclines.

• Wheelchair and stroller access is limited to paved or designated accessible areas (e.g., some sections of Pima Canyon Trailhead).

• We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your specific needs, so we can recommend the most suitable experience.

 

3. Support & Assistance

• Guests are encouraged to bring a support person if needed.

• Our guides provide frequent rest breaks, hydration reminders, and assistance with pacing.

• Service animals are welcome in accordance with park regulations.

 

4. Communication & Information

• We can provide written information in advance upon request (digital trail overviews, safety tips, packing lists).

• Guests with hearing or speech needs may contact us via email or text before their tour.
